Each item is crafted with care and attention to detail, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our No Refunds Policy carefully before completing your order.

No Refunds Policy Overview

Due to the custom and seasonal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any items purchased from Midnight Reflections. This policy applies to all products sold on our website, including but not limited to wrapping paper, gift bags, and accessories.

Damaged or Defective Items

While we do not offer refunds, we understand that accidents can happen during shipping. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item(s)
  • A brief description of the issue

Once we review your claim, we will provide instructions on how we can make it right. This may include sending a replacement item or offering store credit at our discretion.

Lost or Missing Packages

Midnight Reflections is not responsible for lost or missing packages once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided. If your package is lost in transit, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to resolve the issue.

Order Cancellations

We begin processing orders immediately upon receipt to ensure timely delivery. As a result, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been placed.
